Automation Assessment
Before you automate anything: an honest map of what's worth it and what isn't.
Most AI consultants are paid to say yes. This is the opposite: a fixed fee to walk the processes you actually run and tell you the truth about what’s worth automating, including when the answer is nothing.
What happens
- We walk your week. An hour or two, in person or on a call. How quotes go out, how jobs get booked, how reviews happen or don’t, where your evenings actually go.
- I map it. Each process you run by hand gets a straight verdict: automate it, leave it alone, or fix the process first. With rough costs, so the math is in front of you.
- You get the map. A short, plain-language document. No deck, no jargon, no tool recommendations you’d need a subscription and a training course to use.
What you walk away with
A written answer to “should I be using AI?” that’s actually about your shop. Which processes would pay for themselves, in what order, and roughly what each costs to wire up. Which ones aren’t worth touching, and why. It’s yours to keep either way: take it to any builder you like and the map still holds.
The fee
From $250, fixed. Never hourly. And if you go ahead with an automation sprint, the fee is credited toward the build, so the assessment ends up costing nothing if it turns into work.
Why paid at all? Because a free audit is a sales pitch. When you’ve paid for the answer, the deliverable is the truth, not the upsell.
The question people actually ask
