A painting company at work since 1997, with no web presence until July 2026. Now live, indexed, and showing the real work.

Crotti’s Painting handles painting, pressure washing, epoxy floors, and concrete grinding and polishing across southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, northern Maryland, and South Jersey. The company has been at it since 1997. Until July 2026, none of that existed online.
The starting point
No domain, no website, no page a search could land on. Nearly three decades of finished jobs lived in phone camera rolls and on a Facebook page, visible only to people who already knew the company. New work came by referral, which is a fine engine right up until the season you want more of it.
Full disclosure: Crotti’s is my brother’s company. That made it the right first project. A real business with decades of proof and none of it showing.
The build
One fast static site that says what the company does, where it works, and how to call. A page for each service and a page for each area it actually serves, so “epoxy floors in Chester County” has somewhere true to land.
The gallery is the centerpiece: 22 real jobs, pulled from years of photos the crew had posted to Facebook and Instagram, sorted into painting, staircases, exterior, floors, and decks. Every photo is an actual Crotti’s job with a caption that says what you are looking at. No stock photos of models in clean overalls.
Under the hood, the boring parts that make a site findable: LocalBusiness structured data naming the real service area, and Search Console and Analytics wired in from the first week so results get measured instead of assumed.
Leads in this trade arrive by phone, so the site pushes one action: call. The number appears 16 times on the homepage alone.
The first version went live on crottipainting.com the same day the build started. The gallery and the full design pass followed within the week.

Everything above is on the open web. The site is live at crottipainting.com, HTTPS, www included. Count the gallery: 22 jobs. View the page source and the structured data is sitting right there. Google has the site indexed as of August 2026.
