Who we work with

For Retail & E-commerce

Product pages that get found, and the busywork behind them automated.

Retail online is a findability game. The shop whose page answers the question gets the customer; everyone else pays for ads or waits.

Content that answers real searches

Product and category pages built around what people actually type into Google, backed by Search Console data instead of guesswork. Not blog filler: pages that answer the exact questions buyers ask on the way to a purchase, the kind that keep earning traffic long after they’re published.

This is running live right now. Old Barn Star, a family furniture retailer, publishes buying guides mined from its own search data; the guides are live on their site today, and the measured results land on the work page as soon as the data window closes. Real numbers or nothing.

The busywork behind the storefront

Review requests. An order ships or a piece gets delivered, and a few days later the customer gets a short request with a direct link. Product reviews and store reviews both compound; asking by hand doesn’t.

Reorder nudges. If you sell anything people run out of or come back for, the customer who bought in March gets a well-timed note when a reorder makes sense. It reads like you remembered them, because the timing came from their own purchase.

Seasonal pushes. The email about mulch, patio furniture, or holiday stock goes out when the season turns, built once and running every year, instead of living on a sticky note that says “send newsletter???”
